Duties and responsibilities of students

1. Students, teachers and parents must work together. Each has responsibilities and a role to play.
2. Students will be more successful with their learning by being responsible, participating, and having a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. attending classes on time and regularly.
2. being prepared for classes with all necessary supplies.
3. taking good care of school property.
4. completing all homework assignments.
5. organizing their time well.
6. respecting themselves and others.
7. reading on a regular basis.
8. doing their best.

Participation:

1. participating in classroom activities.
2. contributing to discussions and group activities.
3. asking questions when they don’t understand.
4. participating in school activities and having fun.
5. participating in community and recreation programs.

Attitude:

1. understanding parents’ values, expectations and culture.
2. maintaining good physical health, exercising, eating right, and getting enough sleep.
3. listening carefully to teachers and parents.
4. developing positive attitudes; being cooperative and considerate.
5. welcoming challenges.
